Paintshop pro, MSpaint if I'm just doing something like making a simple bit o' pixel art or shabby "concept drawings", Milkshape 3D for 3D models... um, pretty much it.

MSPaint is my main graphics program, since I don't bother making graphics. YET. Occasionally I use Graphics Gale, works neat.
